I am a former food addict and emotional eater and spent 15 years yo-yo dieting and tried every gimmick, fad diet, tea, wrap, pill, shake, weight loss program out there.
After years of trial and error, guessing, and setbacks, I finally figured out the missing piece.
I implemented some simple lifestyle changes and dropped 70 pounds in 6 months...
That was 14+ years ago and I have never regained that weight.
