I know firsthand how confusing, disappointing, and frustrating trying to lose weight is. I have literally tried pretty much every gimmick and diet that's out there - from the "magical belly wraps" and shots to shrink my fat cells to Atkins and Cabbage Soup Diets.

I've done it. I would lose some weight, but I always gained it back, so I convinced myself that "I just couldn't lose weight" or something was wrong with me. It wasn't me - it was the programs.

About 15 years ago, I figured out what I was doing wrong and not only did the weight melt off (I lost 70 lbs between August & December and went from a size 14 to a size 4), but I have kept it off since then.

I have watched my body and my whole life radically change, including my confidence and self-image.

I am not about being hungry, weighing my food, juice cleanses, eating lettuce, ice, and air, or just being miserable.
