6-Week Transformation Program
The #jmChallenge is a virtual 6-Week Challenge, designed to empower and equip you to become the best possible version of yourself by creating sustainable lifestyle change.
Whether your goal is to drop weight, get stronger, lean out or build muscle, we will help you accomplish it.
We teach you real life skills that will allow you to maintain your results indefinitely, without any special products, pills, patches, teas, fad diet or gimmicks.
Because this challenge is virtual, you can participate from the comfort of your own home, from any city, state or country, along with friends/family who live in a different city, state or country!
This isn't a diet.
This is Sustainable Lifestyle Change.
What You DO
There are weekly assignments that everyone is responsible for completing, to create healthy habits. Typically, these assignments include planning your workouts, reflecting on the week, creating goals, etc. You will receive feedback, guidance & support from the Jasmine Mays Fitness Leadership Team, to keep you on track.
You will weigh-in (at home) every week and send your weight to Jasmine, so she can ensure you are heading in the right direction and can tweak things, if needed.
As a first-time participant, we ask that you commit to completing:

4 Cardio Workouts,

2 Strength Workouts,

1 Weekly Group Training Session on Zoom.  ​
​As you progress on your fitness journey, these requirements will change, based on your personal goals.
HOW IT WORKS:
Our goal is to create a safe place,
where there is guidance and accountability from professionals, along with support from a community of people headed in the same direction as you.Â
#jmChallenge is facilitated on the "#jmChallenge" App (available on the Apple App Store & Google Play), so the content is accessible from anywhere!

WHEN ARE THE WORKOUTS?
Within the #jmChallenge App, you will have access to 35+ kick butt workouts, that you can complete anytime. Â We will also host several Live Classes during the challenge that you can Live Stream into your home from the #jmChallenge app. Â
We also offer ~6 Weekly Group Training Sessions per week, so you can join in on the session that works best with your schedule.
Because we understand that everyone's schedule is different, you will have complete control over when and how you complete your 4 Cardio and 2 Strength workouts weekly.  We will provide you with a list of activities/classes that will fulfill those requirements, and let you pick your own activities and set a schedule that works best for you, your family and your lifestyle.  Those can be our Live Streamed classes or something else, the choice is yours!
