We have our own app! Jasmine has designed weekly assignments on the app just to help you create healthy habits. Typically, these assignments include planning your workouts, reflecting on the week, creating goals, etc. And you will receive personal feedback, guidance & support.

Within the #jmChallenge App, you will have access to 35+ kick-butt workouts that you can complete anytime, anywhere!
Weekly Zoom Workouts
You will get to participate in our weekly group workout, specifically designed for you by Jasmine! We will be able to coach and motivate you through the exercises in real-time. We have ~5 different session times to pick from each week, so you get to choose the time that works best for you.
Weekly Weigh-ins
You will weigh-in (at home) every week and send your weight to Jasmine, so she can ensure you are heading in the right direction and can tweak things, if needed.
Weekly Workout Guidance
As a first-time participant, we ask that you commit to completing: 4 Cardio Workouts, 2 Strength Workouts, and 1 Weekly Group Training Session on Zoom.
We will provide you with a list of activities/classes that will fulfill those requirements, and let you pick your own activities and set a schedule that works best for you, your family and your lifestyle. Those can be our On Demand classes or something else.
