Meet your Coach, Jasmine Mays
Hey there! I'm Jasmine. Former chronic snacker and emotional eater turned NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach.
You could say I tried it all: every fad diet, every shake; I even had shots that were supposed to kill my fat cells. None of them worked long-term.
I would lose weight and gain it back, PLUS SOME in months.
It was so bad that I was convinced my thyroid was slow and had it tested. I was heartbroken (which is crazy) when I learned my thyroid was fine, and it was simply my actions hindering my weight loss.
I know what it's like to be so addicted to food and eating that I would stand in front of the microwave and cry if the food took too long to heat up.
But I also know what it's like to watch my body and life transform before my eyes. I know what it's like to see the body you once hated become strong, fit, and, most importantly, healthy.
