MEET YOUR COACH JASMINE MAYS
I am a former emotional eater and food addict, turned Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach who lost 70 lbs in 6 months.
I learned to use food to cope with traumatic events at a young age and struggled with my weight and body image. I never played sports, hated running, and believed that I wasn't good enough or capable.
But after a "Come to Jesus" moment in the middle of Palm's Casino, where paramedics had to be called, I determined that I would change my life and body for good, and I embarked on the weight loss and wellness journey that has led me here.
Not only did I transform my physical body and relationship with food, I discovered who I was and fell in love with myself.
For the past seven years, I've used my personal journey to help men and women struggling with weight, eating habits, and body image regain power and reshape how they see themselves.
