I was an emotional eater who became a food addict at a young age. I was eating a double-cheeseburger, large fries, and a large soda for lunch EVERY DAY, at age five.

If I didn’t get it, I cried.

I ate 2-3 TV dinners at a time and stood in front of the microwave crying if they took too long to heat up.

As time went on, my weight ballooned, and my self-confidence plummeted.

I was extremely overweight and plagued with low self-esteem and body hate. My confidence was so low that I was afraid even to look people in the eye when they spoke to me... I knew something had to change.

That’s why at the age of 20, I took a leap and shed 70 pounds, in six short months.

I exchanged binge-eating TV dinners and family-sized bags of chips for a healthy diet, group fitness classes, and some serious weight training. Since then, I’ve never looked back…

Along the way, I learned a few secrets that helped me eliminate the limiting beliefs that "I can't lose weight" and transform into a fat-shredding, toned, beast-making machine.
